§ Sir JAMES FERGUSSON reported from the Chairmen's Panel; That they had appointed Lord Edmund Fitzmaurice to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Law, and Courts of Justice, and Legal Procedure; and Sir Thomas Esmonde to act as Chairman of the Standing Committee for the consideration of Bills relating to Trade (including 1493 Agriculture and Fishing), Shipping, and Manufactures.
§ Sir JAMES FERGUSSON further reported from the Chairmen's Panel; That they had agreed to the following Resolution:—"That any member of the Chairmen's Panel be and he is hereby empowered to ask any other member of the Chairmen's Panel to take his place in case of necessity."
