HC Deb 02 March 1904 vol 130 c1467
MR. JAMES O'CONNOR (Wicklow, W.)

To ask the Postmaster-General, whether, in view of the fact that the afternoon despatch of letters from Donard, county Wicklow, takes place at 12.40 p.m., and the inward delivery is at two o'clock p.m., he could make arrangements so that the delivery of letters in Donard from Dunlavin should be made before the letters are sent out from Donard to Dunlavin.

(Answered by Lord Stanley.) I will have an inquiry made on the question of arranging for an earlier delivery of letters at Donard, and will communicate the result to the hon. Member as soon as possible.
