SIR JOHN COLOMB (Great Yarmouth)

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether, previous to, or during formation, or subsequent to the completion of the Corps of City Imperial Volunteers, any stipulations, agreement, or understanding were entered into by, or on behalf of, any of its members as to where and how the force should be employed in South Africa, whether at the front or otherwise.
