CAPTAIN DON ELAN (Cork County, E.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland how many civil bill ejectments and writs for the recovery of possession of land have been issued against tenants in county Cork from the 1st November, 1903, when the Land Act of 1903 came' into force, to the 1st June, 1904; and how many civil bills for rent were entered for quarter sessions, and how many writs of summons for the recovery of rent from tenants in county Cork were issued during the same period.
