HERBERT ROBERTS (Denbighshire, W.)To ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether, in view of the decision of the Chief Justice in the Transvaal Supreme Court with reference to the right of British-Indian subjects to trade in any part of the Transvaal, he is now in a position to state what steps will be taken to give effect to this decision by the removal of existing restrictions upon their trade.
