§ MR. WYNDHAMThe objects of the inquiry are set out in the Warrant appointing the Commission, which has been widely published in the Press. The Commissioners are authorised to examine all persons whom they shall consider to be possessed of information on the subject. The procedure to be followed will be that usually adopted on the occasion of such Commissions.
§ MR. MURPHYI wanted the right hon. Gentleman to tell me the real meaning 'of this.
§ MR. WYNDHAMIf the hon. Member will carry his memory back to the time when the Committee was appointed, he will remember that the suggestion came from the other side of the House.
