I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he has recently received a resolution fro a the Macroom Town Tenants Association, making certain representations as to the necessity for legislation on their behalf; and will he state what action, if any, the Government intends to take in connection with this question.

The resolution has been received. The Government does not propose to introduce legislation such as suggested.
