MR. SLOAN (Belfast, S.)

To ask the Postmaster-General whether he is aware that the male staff at Belturbet are continuously employed on attendances commencing at 5.20 a.m., the earliest of which terminates at 7.15 p.m. and the lastest at 8 p.m., a stretch of from fourteen or fifteen hours; and whether, in view of the early hour at which the men are obliged to attend and the period covered, he will inquire into the case and endeavour to effect some improvement in the attendances.
