§ MR. JOHN O'DONNELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether it is his intention to introduce legislation by which future tenants in Ireland who now pay over 40 per cent, more rent than their neighbours may be enabled to go into the Land Courts, particularly on estates 1000 where the tenants have expressed their willingness to purchase and the landlords have refused to sell on reasonable terms.
§ MR. WYNDHAMNo, Sir, it is not my intention to introduce such legislation.
