THOMAS O'DONNELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that Lord Ventry refuses to allow the Kerry Council and the Agricultural Department to construct a pier at Minard, which is urgently needed by the fishermen of the district; and, if so, will he state what steps he proposes to take in the matter.
