§ MR. J. P. FARRELLI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieu- 830 tenant of Ireland if he will state the present position for sale of the Cusack (county Longford) Estate; whether the Estates Commissioners have yet decided to avail of the 7th Section of the Act of 1903 in regard to this estate; and, if not, will he explain why they have not done so.
§ MR. ATKINSONThe Estates Commissioners have now issued a request in respect of the sale of the entire estate under the provisions of the 7th Section of the Act.
