HC Deb 17 June 1904 vol 136 c355
Mr. TENNANT

reported from the Committee on Group of Private Bills, That the parties opposing the Milwr and District Mines Drainage Bill [Lords] had stated that the evidence of Mr. Aubrey Strachan, of the Royal Geological Museum, Jermyn Street, S.W., was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that his attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Mr. Aubrey Strachan do attend the said Committee on this day, at Two of the clock.

Ordered, That Mr. Aubrey Strachan do attend the Committee on Group of Private Bills this day, at Two of the clock.
