§ MR. BELL (Derby)To ask the President of the Board of Trade if die can state when the Return of the hours of duty worked by railway men for October last will be issued.
(Answered by Mr. Gerald Balfour.) Many of these Returns, called for in April last, are still outstanding and it is not possible at present to say when the complete Return can be issued, but no time will be lost in its preparation.
