I desire to ask whether the right hon. Gentleman is aware that negotiations for the sale and purchase of land in Ireland are seriously hampered by the position of what is known as the "bonus" question, and, if so, has he any hope, eternal or otherwise, of passing the Irish Land Act Amendment Bill this session.
