HC Deb 10 June 1904 vol 135 c1416

As amended (by the Standing Committee) considered.

MR. BOUSFIBLD (Hackney, N.)

said that everything contentious had been cut out of the Bill, with the object of securing certain things on which everyone was agreed. The hon. Gentleman for Mid-Lanark had assured him that no objection would be taken to it.

MR. CALDWELL (Lanarkshire, Mid.)

said that if the Bill were unopposed it could pass on Monday just as well as to-day. He had not yet read the Bill to see that it was all right.

Consideration, as amended (by the Standing Committee), deferred till Friday next.

Adjourned at twenty-six minutes before Six o'clock till Monday next.
