HC Deb 07 June 1904 vol 135 c919
MR. GIBSON BOWLES (Lynn Regis)

To ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he can now say when it is proposed to take the Second Reading of the Undersized Fish Bill.

(Answered by Mr. A. J. Balfour.) I am afraid I cannot fix a day for the Second Reading of this Bill. I understand, however, that arrangements are on foot which afford some promise that certain objections which have been taken to the Bill may be mitigated.
