§ Mr. CATHCART WASON (Orkney and Shetland)May I ask whether, under the circumstances, the noble Lord will consider the advisability of refraining from leaving any sort of irritation behind him in the way of land settlements.
§ EARL PERCYWe should of course be equally anxious to avoid giving any cause for such irritation whether the Protectorates are transferred or not.
