SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, pursuant to the Order of the House of the 17th day of May, That, in the case of the following Bill, the Standing Orders which are applicable thereto have been complied with, viz.:—Naval Works (Portsmouth Barracks Site) Bill.
