asked if the Government had any further information in reference to the negotiations with Russia. He also wished to know when there would be a statement in reference to the Bills on the Order Paper, and especially whether the Bishoprics of Southwark and Birmingham Bill would be taken.

said he was not in a position to give the House any further information in regard to the subject of negotiations with the Russian Government. With reference to Bills, a statement would be made on Tuesday by the Prime Minister on the subject.
