LABOUCHERE (Northampton)To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is aware of any convention having been entered into between Russia and Turkey, in regard to vessels of the Russian Volunteer Fleet passing through the Dardanelles, since 1872; and, if so, whether he will communicate its provisions to this House.
