§ MR. JOYCEI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether his attention has been called to further complaints respecting the detention of Irish saltless butter shipped for the English markets; and whether he will consider the advisability of getting the Department in Ireland to move with the railway companies to facilitate the export of Irish produce so that it may be placed on an equal 1218 footing with foreign produce coming to the same markets.
