§ MR. BOLANDI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether, in view of the fact that more than one-half of those on the Warden Estate, at Sneem, are weekly or future tenants or caretakers who never had an opportunity of having a fair rent fixed, the Estates Commissioners will inquire carefully into the proposed terms of purchase of the whole estate before the terms are sanctioned.
§ MR. WYNDHAMNo application in respect of the sale of this estate is before the Estates Commissioners. In the case of non-judicial holdings it is always their practice to have the estate inspected before sanctioning advances.
