HERBERT SAMUELTo ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Legislative Council of Southern Rhodesia has passed this year any Resolution on the subject of the importation of Chinese labourers into that territory; if so, what are its terms; and whether he has yet arrived at a decision with regard to the sanction of such importation.
