MARKHAM (Nottinghamshire, Mansfield)I beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury whether he will bring the question of the relations between Imperial officers and Colonial Governments before the Committee of Defence, with a view to preventing officers commanding Colonial forces, either naval of military, from making any public speeches or statements, while in His Majesty's service, relating to the defence of the Colonies.
