I am not in a position to state how many and what local authorities have adopted the recommendations and suggestions contained in the circular letter issued by my Department on the 11th March, 1899, except so far as regards regulations under Article 13 of the Dairies, Cowsheds, and Milkshops Order of 1885. I dealt with this latter point in my reply to the Question of the hon. Member of the 12th instant.†
