§ MR. SLOANI beg to ask the Postmaster-General if he has received a joint protest from the proprietors of the Northern Whig and the Belfast News Letter, complaining of delay in the transmission of their telegrams by the Post Office; and, if so will he order an inquiry to be made into the circumstances of these delays.
