BOLAND (Kerry, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that an application for reinstatement has been lodged with the Estates Commissioners by Mr. Florence Doherty, with reference to a farm on the Mahony Estate, situate at the Gap of Dunloe, from which he was evicted in 1893; and can he state whether his application has now been considered by the Estates Commissioners.
