MACVEAGHI beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he can state how many courses of lectures, advertised to be delivered in the Queen's College, Belfast, on music and on sound, have been abandoned for want of audiences, and what public cost was entailed on those occasions in fees and otherwise.
