§ MR. HALDANE (Haddingtonshire)To ask the Secretary for Scotland whether lie will have the Return of Parish Charities (Scotland), dated 19th April, 1894, brought down to date, and state therein the number of beneficiaries among whom these charities were distributed during the year 1903, and the administrative changes, if any, which have been effected under the first four sub-sections of Section 30 of the Local Government (Scotland) Act, 1894, since it came into operation.
