CATHCART WASON (Orkney and Shetland)I beg to ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether, seeing that a deputation from Zanzibar recently came to England to complain of the proceedings of the Regent, he will state if the Regent is now at Zanzibar or on leave of absence; and, if not, will he say with whom has the Government been in correspondence regarding the matters complained of by the Envoy.
