§ MR. NANNETTII beg to ask the Postmaster-General why the increase of 1217 salary which accrued to the town sub-postmaster of Harcourt Road, Dublin, in May, 1902, was withheld.
LORD STANLEYI find that in 1902, owing to the salary of the Harcourt Street Post Office having been inadvertently entered on a return relating to the Harcourt Road Office, an increase of £4 4s. a year then due for salary at the latter was unfortunately withheld. I have given instructions for the matter to be at once adjusted.
