CATHCART WASONI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he will lay upon the Table of the House, either before or at the same time as the Papers connected with Sir Charles Eliot's resignation, the conditions on which 320 square miles of country has been granted or leased to the East African Syndicate; and what consideration the said syndicate has paid or has agreed to pay for same.
