§ MR. H. C. RICHARDS (Finsbury, E.)To ask the First Lord of the Treasury if he will, at an early date next session, bring m the promised Bill for the reconstruction of the Queen Anne's Bounty Fund administration and its amalgamation with the Ecclesiastical Commission.
