§ MR. JOYCEI beg to ask the Postmaster-General whether his attention has been called to the fact that there is only one mail delivery at 7 a.m. at Kinvara, county Galway; and whether, seeing the inconvenience to traders and others that this causes, he will have arrangements made for an evening delivery also.
LORD STANLEYThe question of affording a second delivery of letters at Kinvara, county Galway, has recently been under consideration, but I regret that, owing to the high cost of the existing arrangements, I should not be justified in sanctioning the additional expense which would be involved in providing the desired accomodation.
