O'DOHERTY (Donegal, N.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the 966 Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland what is the cause of the delay on the part of the Government in sanctioning the revised plans and estimates for schoolhouses in Ireland; and if, considering the loss entailed for primary education by reason of this delay, he will take steps to have the plans approved of forthwith.
