SIR JOHN COLOMB (Great Yarmouth)

To ask the Secretary of State for War whether he can state approximately the estimated cost of conveyance to and from Portsmouth of the Militia Artillery Corps from Lancashire, Durham, Northumberland, and various parts of Scotland for the purpose of mobilisation under the existing arrangements.
