O'SHEE (Waterford, W.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether [he is aware that the County Waterford County Council has passed a resolution urging that he should withdraw the clause in the Irish Development Grant Bill, which proposes to transfer to the Treasury the sum of £150,000 standing to the credit of the Petty Sessions Clerks Fund; and whether he will re-consider the matter, and adopt the course suggested.
