Mr. AGG-GARDNER reported from the Committee on Group L of Private Bills; That the parties opposing the Local Government Provisional Orders (No. 13) Bill [Newcastle-upon-Tyne Order] had stated that the evidence of Thomas Carr, Engineer, Willow Terrace Walker; James Tait, Foreman Carpenter, 114, Welbeck Road, Walker, and Alexander M'Bay, Foreman Rivetter, 11, Welbeck Road, Walker, was essential to their case; and, it having been proved that their attendance could not be procured without the intervention of the House, he had been instructed to move that the said Thomas Carr, James Tait, and Alexander M'Bay do attend the said Committee To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.

Ordered, That Thomas Carr, James Tait, and Alexander M'Bay do attend the Committee on Group L of Private Bills To-morrow, at half-past Eleven of the clock.
