Mr. SPEAKER laid upon the Table Report from one of the Examiners of Petitions for Private Bills, That, in the case of the following Bill, referred pursuant to the Order of the House of the 27th day of June, the Standing Orders which are applicable thereto have not been complied with, viz.:—County of Suffolk Bill.
