§ MR. P. A. MCHUGHTo ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will grant the Return relating to actions for conspiracy in County Courts, Ireland, appearing on the Notice Paper for to-day.
(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) The information will be procured and communicated to the hon. Member. It is not, however, considered to be of sufficient importance to lay on the Table in the form of a Parliamentary Paper.
The Return referred to is as follows:—Return for five years ended 31st day of December, 1903, showing the number of civil actions for conspiracy which have come before County Court Judges in Ireland and the result in each case.
