To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he will ascertain from the American Consul when the estate of the late Thomas Flynne, who died in Warwick, Rhode Island, in February, 1902, will be available for distribution amongst his next of kin, who are British subjects residing in Glasgow.
