; To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will instruct the Consuls in foreign countries to be careful that the weights, measures, and values contained in their reports are rendered as nearly as possible in English terms.

(Answered by Earl Percy.) His Majesty's Consuls have been recently reminded of their instructions in regard to this matter.
