GIBSON BOWLESI beg to ask the First Lord of the Treasury have His Majesty's Government now received any further information as to the probability of an outbreak of war in the Balkan Peninsula which they can communicate to the House; do they propose to take any, and if so, what steps to prevent the outbreak of such a war; and can they lay upon the Table any recent correspondence on the subject.
