§ MR. O'DOWD (Sligo, S.)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he will state the number of police at present stationed in the hut evicted some years ago on Leitrim Hill Farm, near Tubbercurry, county Sligo; will he say what is the nature of the duties assigned to these men; and whether he intends to have this hut retained as a permanent fixture in the district.
§ Mr. WYNDHAMThere are three men quartered in the hut. It was erected on its present site to meet a condition of affairs which happily has now almost passed away. The question of its removal is under consideration.
