WEIRI beg to ask the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has yet received from the Governor of Hong-Kong a report relative to Haffkine's plague prophylactic; and. if so, will he state when the system of inoculation was brought into operation in Hong-Kong, the number of persons inoculated, and how many have succumbed to plague.
