Resolutions reported from the Select Committee.

  1. 1."That in the case of the London County Council (Tramways and Improvements), Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with; That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct Tramways Nos. 6, 8, 8A, 8B, and 8c be struck out of the Bill; That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
  2. 2."That, in the case of the Rotherham Corporation, Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with; That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, provided that the powers to construct Tramways Nos. 5 and 6 be struck out of the Bill, and that the powers to construct Tramway No. 4 be struck out of the Bill, unless the consent of the local and road authority be proved before the Select Committee on the Bill; 1500 That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
  3. 3. "That, in the case of the Ryde Gas Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with; That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill."
