HC Deb 16 February 1904 vol 129 c1482
MR. SLOAN (Belfast, S.)

To ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether he is aware that on the 30th January last a female patient in the infirmary of the North Dublin Union was reported dead; that the nurses in charge wh6 were leaving the premises at the time gave instructions for the body to be removed to the mortuary and doctor's certificate to be made out which was done, and that subsequently, on the removal of another corpse from the mortuary, it was found that the woman was still living; and will he order an inquiry into the matter.

(Answered by Mr. Wyndham.) My hon. friend has been misinformed. The Question has no foundation in fact.
