§ MR. CHARLES DEVLIN (Galway)I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if his attention has been called to the high rate of interest charged on loans required in connection with asylums in Ireland; and if 1498 a reduction in the rate of interest is contemplated.
