HC Deb 16 February 1904 vol 129 cc1497-8
MR. CHARLES DEVLIN (Galway)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland if his attention has been called to the high rate of interest charged on loans required in connection with asylums in Ireland; and if a reduction in the rate of interest is contemplated.

MR. WYNDHAM

No alteration is at present contemplated in the conditions on which these loans are made.
