§ * MR. LYTTELTONThe Ordinance, reconstructed as far as is known accurately, will be found in Cd. 1898. Lord Milner has telegraphed that no further Amendments have been introduced, and there is, consequently, no doubt that this amended version of the Ordinance correctly represents the Legislature actually passed. The amended version has been circulated for some days.
