HC Deb 11 February 1904 vol 129 c1032
MR. THOMAS O'DONNELL (Kerry, W.)

I beg to ask the Chief Secretary to the Lord-Lieutenant of Ireland whether any steps have been taken to meet the wants of the fishermen of Smerwick, county Kerry, with regard to better pier accommodation.

THE CHIEF SECRETARY FOR IRELAND (Mr. WYNDHAM,) Dover

The Congested Districts Board has already expressed its willingness to contribute towards the cost of this proposed work, if undertaken by the county council. That offer still holds good. There are no funds available from other sources for meeting the cost of the work.
